Gain a slight speed boost on path blocks!
Note: just enough to be beneficial, not enough to be OP.

This works by modifying the player's speed attribute. It does NOT apply an entire level of the speed potion effect meaning it can stack with effects!

All of the other ones ive seen use the potion effect which is wayyy too unbalanced.


Note: this works by manually setting the speed attribute based on whether an entity is either on a path block or not. This is an issue when it comes to horses specifically since they are supposed to have random speeds, and there is no way to add/subtract, only set. So this results in all horses having the same attribute of speed. But I suppose for racing, this is perfect.
