Functional Datapack for Datapack or adventure map creators.
Easy to use, Efficient. Random Number Generator
Give any entity an RNG score between 0 and 1,073,741,823
/scoreboard players give [entity] RNG [value]
And it will within a single tick return a value of NUM between 0 and the input RNG
To test its value:
/scoreboard players get [entity] NUM
You do not need to credit me for this as, although i coded this by my self, it is a necessary function that everyone should have access to with out the fuss.

I have greatly improved this datapack. But as you interact with it exactly the same as before. You should be able to simply replace the old version with no issues.
This RNG can now randomise between 0 and 1,073,741,823 seemlessly.
And can do multiple entities quite easily.
Though i would recommend excluding @e[type=area_effect_cloud,tag=RNG] as that is a game braking feedback loop

It should have been a feature long ago. It's sad to now see this datapack will now be irrelevant in newer versions. But its also great to have a much easier method.
It's also gonna take a while for me to update my numerous other datapacks from using this RNG to the new inbuilt system.
But on a new map, which is not released yet, I use it to generate numbers ;)
