This data pack was made for Pleasenotme's Speed-Packing Contest.

This is by far the weirdest data pack idea I ever had.

This data pack adds pirates to the End, as this is a very necessary feature that should have been included in the game. The pirates live in their flying ship up in the sky and move around without any apparent purpose. Every now and then, the pirates will jump from their ship to the surface and start pirating, by which I mean slaughtering endermans, trying unsuccessfully to kill the parrots on their heads (I originally planned them to wave their wings when the pirates jump, but their kinda cute anyway), and when they're tired of it planting some TNT and jumping back to the ship (apparently those pirates are pretty good jumpers). They serve no purpose rather than jumpscaring you the moment you forget they exist (and then killing you). After they jump, their parrots fly back to the ground - it was originally a bug but for some reason I find it really funny.

I have no idea why I thought this is a logical thing to have in Minecraft.
