This is a datapack that adds a way to extract enchantments from non-diamond items and put them into their diamond counterparts. When you are over level 50, just throw your enchanted non-diamond item on a lapis block with your diamond counterpart and get your enchanted diamond gear.

After almost 2 years, this datapack got updated so that you can now upgrade your noobish armor right to netherite!

That will fix the issue of accidentally being able to overwrite an enchanted sword, and force people to use a new diamond item, then combine on the anvil.
