Killing Breezes can let them drop 0-5 Breeze powders.
Using a Breeze Powder will shoot you into the air as if you were hit by a Breeze Bullet (wind charge)
Obviously needs experimental settings on and on a recent version... even if you just want the Breeze Powder without having to get it from Breezes first.
(Breeze Powders replace structure voids, so if you ever wanted to use one of those, 1: You're a liar., but 2: you can't do that now)
