Welcome to another blog of mine, the name is Xoyjaz and I will be teaching you some basic things you can do when the PMC site server is down and are about to post something.
I will give you some of my tips about what I do when the PMC server is down and I am posting something.
I guess you are tired of losing your hard work on your preview post of your submission when the server crashes, so I thought maybe some of my advices could help.
Other than that ito s the same old story if you are posting a skin, mod or a texturepack. Always save and check out if PMC is up or down.
Please be patient with the PMC server site, the programmers really work as hard as they can to make your stay at PMC a happy stay. Blaming anyone will not help, the site handles 100 000 people every day and is the biggest online minecraft sharing site so be glad we have this community.

1) Check out if the PMC server is up
2) Make sure your browser has it cache cleaned and makes sure your browser is working smoothly. Close your existing tabs
3) If you have some kind of description information do copy or even write that in some sort of word document on your computer so you got that saved and safe.
4) Have all the picture you are about to post in 1 folder on your desktop
5) Before you are thinking of posting your submission do open a new tab and check out if PMC is still running smoothly.
6) Post it
NOTE: If the server crashes the moment you are about to post it, you would have everything in order and finished if you need to post it again.

3) Try refreshing the chat the best you can, every 40 min (to prevent lag)
4) If you ever got in trouble and went out of the chat when the PMC server went down, search: Planet minecraft chat lounge on Google and click the following topic. Sometimes you get access even if the site is down.
