Hi Pmc!
Welcome to a new blog.
What is a blog?
So, what is a blog?
According to the Oxford English dictionary, a blog is a weblog.
Ok, that gives us absolutely no information. Let’s go to the urban dictionary and type in weblog:
“In it most simplistic variant it’s a single persons journal posted to a website. however the range all the way to corporate sites about new products to several people writing news to many people writing many things.”
But this is about PMC blogs. Using my prior knowledge of blogs, I have produced a definition of a PMC blog.
“A blog (not including art, comics and lets plays) is a written submission containing writing about a subject, giving instructions, reviewing something or telling a story”.
So, yeah, that is what I think a blog is.
But what isn’t a blog?
Well, for starters, here are 10 things that belong in the forums.
10.) Server recruitment.
9.) Asking how to build something.
8.) Contests.
7.) “I saw Herobrine” posts.
6.) Advertising a server.
5.) Asking for feedback.
4.) Roleplay recruitment.
3.) Introductions.
2.) Asking for suggestions.
1.) Anything that doesn’t have anything to do with Minecraft
The Art Issue.
This is a question that has beaten many great minds. Should art really be considered a blog? Well, there are many things for and against, but does art belong in the forums?
Over the years, many people have suggested a separate art section to the blog section. Our epic moderators have given compelling and true facts against this suggestion.
But should art have a separate pop reel?
Please imagine this in your minds.
You are scrolling down the blog section to look at some art. You click on browse art. It comes up with the newest art and then a pop reel, which contains only art. You check, and it is still headed under the “blog” section.
And, yes, this would include comics as well.
Well, that’s all for now.
Goodbye.

Only the title of the blog is a question. The blog itself is an explanation.
Please read it next time :)
