I use PermissionsEX for my server... It is by far the easiest to use and saves you loads of time! When I first got this plugin, it was a bit confusing... I had a corrupt file since I accidentally put in two permissions config files... After fixing my issues, I came up with a whole new server with new ranks! This plugin is really light-weight! While you play, you can add permission nodes or change settings in game without going into your files to check! It offers many commands with different purposes...
