In recent events, the forums of PMC have been targeted by many trolls, in many ways. Whether it be flaming, advertising, swearing etc. I've already made a blog on this issue, but it is time to address this once again.

PMC honestly needs help. It has seen a vast amount of trolls this past month and no one can do anything about it. The way I see it, is that one troll joins PMC, hates one everyone, posts pictures that they think makes them look cool and eventually, guests that are browsing the forums, see that troll and think, Hey, that could be ME! So they decide to create and account and thus, trolls have reproduced. That's just my take on it. However seriously, that's one thing I definitely want to address in this blog, people posting pictures/videos without words to make them seem funny.

Before anyone writes in the comments saying, "Not all pictures are meant for people to be funny," I just want to say, yes, that's true, however MOST are. I have seen a vast amount of trolls that just use pictures to express their thoughts, and the pictures either are inappropriate, or flame on the user. I do not like to see this. If you honestly need to express your opinion, do it in words, or better yet, don't do anything and just contact a Moderator to solve your issue. Yet people want to be the wise guy, so they post pictures and videos without any type of words that can really annoy some people, including me. Now, like I said before, of course not all pictures people post are bad, some are even funny. Yet some, and you know what I mean, are just downright stupid.

Another thing I would like to address is an abundant amount of ad.fly links or just plain website advertisements all over the forums. I've warned fellow users to not advertise in the forums, however they decide to not pay attention and continue advertising. It makes me sad to realize that these people are just wasting my time and theirs. They are wasting their time by continuously posting website links while they are getting removed by me or other Moderators. Any type of advertising or any type of ad.fly or any other money making site was and is never allowed on the PMC forums or any type of submissions. If you hear someone saying it's allowed, they are most likely just trying to deceive you, so I would suggest not paying attention to them, unless you like warnings.

Other than that there isn't much else to say. No one needs to start any "petitions" or groups to help out the forums because we all know, in the long run, it really won't do much to help. The best thing you can do, as a user to help out, is to continue reporting any type of rule breaking posts or topics you see. We will go through all these reports and make sure to do what is needed to the reported post or topic. If we continue to do this, maybe even the trolls will eventually tire out and stop.

So, if you feel that something isn't right, DON'T hesitate to report it or send a message to the Moderators if you are for whatever reason, uncomfortable to report.
