I didn't know what was coming for me that day.
Everything was normal as I logged on to my favourite survival server, looking forward to getting things done and hanging out with everyone. But what I found to my surprise was not a happy, lively, energetic communityo instead, there was only one other person online, who I hadn't seen before. It was virtually empty.
If that wasn't unusual enough, I was greeted by an almost disturbing form of pathetic fallacy as it was nighto time and a frightening number of mewling, moaning mobs had infested the castle spawn. Normally they were kept out...normally there weren't webs and vines everywhere, but now there were. And generally, the signs didn't read o DONo T LOOK. DONo T LOOK. GET OUT NOWo But now they did. And I wasn't going to leave. I was sickly fascinated. As I gazed at the horrors and tried to escape the advancing mobs, it struck me that this was perhaps a practical joke or a griefing. Perhaps. Yet it still terrified me to my core.
I scurried from the castle, wounded but alive. Once I reached the nearby plains I saw a 1 by 1 hole in the grass, and stumbled over to investigate. There was a ladder that went deeeeeeeeep underground. So deep I couldn't see the bottom. But mobs were still on my tail and, fueled by curiosity, I jumped. After a long descent, I landed on a stone floor and went through a gap in the rock. On the other side of this tiny doorway was the biggest cavern I had ever seen.
No, not just big. An absolutely gigantic cave, lit by hundreds of uneven rows of torches which seemed to go on forever. It must have stretched from just a couple of blocks above the bedrock to right below the world surface. But the fact that I hadn't known about this place was not the scariest thing. What really turned my blood to ice was the mysterious, diamond-clad figure o the other online player- who stood on a ledge high up to my right, staring at me with cold, white eyes. He was motionless.
o Of course it isn't Herobrine,o I thought. o It cano t be. Ito s just a normal guy.o Before I could type a friendly greeting in the chat, he jumped down. Ten blocks away from me, He made a smooth landing and was somehow completely unhurt. This could be explained away, but it all felt very, very wrong. Something seriously bad was happening. And I realised that, as he moved towards me with silent fury, it was about to happen to me.
I placed a bucket of lava before me and retreated a few steps. It was all I had in my inventory, along with a few diamonds and coal that I really didn't want to lose. I warned him off in the chat, not even thinking of logging off. I was rooted to the spot, while the...hunter continued to advance and somehow walked through the lava! His diamond sword glinted in the orange light, and then he was hovering over me; he was flying!
o Hacker...o I whispered with dread.
It all happened at once after that. His flat mouth seemed to transform into a victorious grin. My ears were swamped by the sounds of howling, shrieking endermen. He came to a stop right above me. Suddenly my feet were engulfed by the lava. Fire flooded my vision. Terror exploded in my ears. Heart pounding. I closed my eyes. Waiting for the end. Theno he struck!
I was falling...falling into blackness. Heo d destroyed the stone and bedrock beneath me. The last thing I saw was the hole as it flew away from me. And through ito fire and lava and those white, cold eyes. They stared. Falling...they disappeared. Darkness surrounded me as the void claimed me for its own. It was over.
I will always remember this moment of primal fear. Instead of dying, I was disconnected from the server and saw my destroyero s final words. Whatever this was, whoever he was, this was what he told me:
o Lol noob join a clano
I would never join a server again.

really I know a guy that loves to do that xD he's the server owner, and he kicks everyone off of the server and says he has to do maintenance, so every1 leaves.
then he invites a new person on the server and makes sure they come on alone. (he has the '/bh' commands btw) and he follows them while using /ghost (instead of /vanish so he still appears to be online)and in creative mode.
when he eventually lures them through all of his horrors to bedrock where he decides to kill them, he
does /silenthuman a little ways away- or right behind them and goes after them.
then when they're dead or about to die from the void, he closes the server or kicks them with a little 'Herobrine' message =P
that's really cool though ^^ you're pretty good at that, keep it up :D
and as well he asks them if they'd rather not be pranked, and he'll make sure to tell his staff personally and remind himself not to prank da person =P
