Mermay is an art challenge, which lasts for the whole month of May. The goal is to create mermaids from the prompt list. You can make your own or search for one on the internet (or in my case, use a random mob generator lol). I never really attempted mermay before, as I wasn't really good with human-like anatomy. This time, I decided to give it a go!
You don't have to make a drawing every day, one also counts!
Not everyone has time 24/7. Don't stress over it and have fun!

The mermaid allay loves to collect items she sees floating in the water and gives them to players who happen to be nearby. She particularly looks for chocolate chip cookies, but because she lives underwater, cookies are scarce. This makes cookies excellent bribes and presents, but the more cookies she eats, the more she wants. This mermaid allay has a very severe case of wanting cookies, to the point where she will eat nothing else. (That may be because I gave her too many already.)
I was going to do mermay this year but forgot until the fourth and decided that I was too busy but I never thought of doing a minecraft mermay and I'm probably going to do some now. Thank you for the idea n.n
Remember that you don't have to make a drawing every day, don't stress over it! Not every artist has free time 24/7.
It's all about having fun while creating!
Speaking of creating, please do tag me if you ever do your version of Minecraft mob mermaids! I'd love to see them :D
