This is more or less a rant, and a very short one, but it's just asking one simple question.

WHY THE F@CK HAVE MATURITY ON AN APPLICATION!?!

I mean, no-ones gonna say "oh I'm so immature don't accept my application" I just think its really ridiculous! If you want to find a way to find out if people are mature, ask them "why do you want this position" or something like that, so you can get of an idea of how mature they are based on their reasoning. Well, that's my Mini-Rant. Diamond If you loved it, Diamond if you hated it.

I know this is a little late but i would like to submit my thoughts on what a mature application would sound like.
I am going to be applying to a server for minecraft.

First and foremost i would like to introduce myself, my name is adaptlegacy. I am 17 year old and i am an avid minecraft player. I am applying to you today to help protect and promote your server as an admin. I have been playing minecraft since november of 2010 and have been hooked on it ever since. I also have experiece being a admin/staff member on a few other server including BaconCraft,BananaCraft, and one or two others. I currently hold the position of HeadAdmin on savvycraft. I have experience with WorldGuard, WorldEdit, Permissions, LWC and a variety of other plugins. I think that i would be well suited to be a staff member on your server.

Thank you for your time and cooperation.

the word Mature is only a minor factor of how one talks or acts. Maturity is the stage in growth a being is at, the average teenage boy matures around the age of 12-14, anything below his body is premature, no pubic hair (anywhere on the body) it can also effect the why the boy would talk and act, but it's only a minor factor. Girls mature around the age of 10-13 with the exception of the occasional late growth, therefore you cannot expect anyone under this age to associate with beings with a more mature state in mind. my point is in jackass terms: There bound to be little kids running around being retards anyway, ignore them and don't have a fit posting rage posts on the forum. :F

Maturity is used when the kids have nothing to write in. Once a kid turned in a application in our department, it had a poem on it... we were WTF, and threw that stupid sh*t in the trash.

Really in my opinion it would be better for one to tell someone to write either a one (Eleven sentence?) paragraph (or more) "Essay" of why you want to join because face it....... No one immature really wants to write just to greif. Alot of easier servers out there......
