so over my time making skins I have used diffrent styles of hair shading, depending on what style you want to go for whether it's more simplistic or more detailed. There are many Techniques of shading hair out there this one in particular is my favourtie. in my next tutorial I will show you ways to style the longer hair.
this style is my personal favourtie it's one I use on alot of my skins and its pretty simple to do but its so effective
choose the five colors you want for the hair
make sure to put your darkest color first
follow it by the second color you have chosen make sure it is lighter than the first
Fill in all the blank area with the third color you have chosen
make sure the middle part of the fourth color is taller than the two side parts
the fith color i tend to only use sometimes, it gives the hair a glossy effect
if you have done this right your hair should look like this
Repeat this for the other sides of the head
