Hello everyone, welcome to my first blog post, first post really. And I was very lucky to interview a genius known as Folicorow! It started out rough but got better. He did forget periods, but hey, whatever.











Okay then, let's start. What got you into video games in general and what was the kickstarter?
Oh man, I've played video games since I was a kid. It started with Wario Land 4 and Super Mario Bros. 3 for the Gameboy and then
with the PS2 where I played a lot of Tony Hawk and then most consoles after that. had the original Xbox for a big part of my life and right now I'm using the Xbox 360. No PC, I'm a peasant.

What got you into Minecraft?
Well, it was back in late 2011 that I heard about it when I saw all these "Sss I'm a creeper memes" and the Herobrine creepypasta that got me into Minecraft, I played it once and didn't play it again for like 4 months because I was really bored by it

Who or what is your inspiration for drawing in general if it's comics or Minecraft skins?
for drawings it's Bryan Lee O'Malley and BrokenTeapot and for Minecraft skins it's definitely Leostereo but my skins aren't like his at all

Do you have any other hobbies that are important to your life?
I've been exercising a lot, I dunno if you count that as a hobby but it's something to keep me occupied during the summer.

Has anything, exciting or tragic, positive or negative, impacted your life/career?
Oh wow hold on let me think

So as a kid I lived in India for 3 years, and that's where I read my first comic book. It was Tintin and the Crab with the Golden Claws or something. My library had a lot of Tintin books and a lot of Asterix books and those got me into making comics since they were pretty interesting to read and to make. I also met a bunch of really good friends there and it was a really cool experience.

How do you pronounce your name? Is it Folicorow with a short O like "folly" or more like "foe"?
Fol-e-core-owe, Yeah, a lot of people ask me that haha

Any good friends you've met in real life, PMC, Xbox Live, etc?
Like, do you want me to name them all?

Alright, let's see PennyLane's a cool cat Candlebor's cool too. I don't really have a lot of BFF's on PMC and I most of my Xbox Live friends are people I know IRL. And I move a lot so I have a lot of best friends man

It's cool. Any advice to anyone who would like to pursue something that you are good at?
Just draw a lot. Have a sketchbook. Find your style. Become a two-bit gangster.
