Well, what do we have here? A rocket launching into space, with 3 creatures observing the whole situation. Left one is King Blorb. I planned originally a normal one, but today is the Epiphany and I decided to add a little crown. If you wondered which franchise did Blorb came from, go to this site:

The middle one is a Grox from Spore. It's the game that inspired Elysian Eclipse (I already gave a link for more info). In-game, the Grox are an ancient 2000-system (!) empire guarding the center of the galaxy and are considered most evil things in the universe. And on the right...
