Alright, so I just joined a server that looked pretty cool. I asked if anyone could take a look at my skin and see if it changed and guess what happened? I got muted. I ignored it and hoped that sooner or later I would get unmuted but seconds later I got jailed. Now that's messed up. If you're a server owner you need to know how to choose good admins/mods and I'm gonna tell you how.

1. You NEED to trust them. Have them play on the server for a month or so and see if they are trustworthy.

2. People who Donate will usually do the job right.

3. Start them off with simple commands such as /mute, and /kick. Not with /ban until you can trust them with it.

4. Don't let them control the server, you're still the owner.

5. I have seen this happen, don't choose someone because they are a girl. They probably aren't ready for admin and might grief.

6. Please please please if a random player says the admin is abusing his powers look into it. Most owners trust their admins over players but the player is telling the truth.

7. Make sure you don't have lots of admins. I hate servers with 15 admins and mods.

8. Make sure the admins are nice and don't curse or anything. Nothing sucks more than having an admin yell or curse at you.

9. If you have a pvp server don't think that an admin wont spawn stuff for his faction. Happens much too often. Even some owners do it and that ruins the game for everyone. Make sure your admins play the game and play it fair.

10. Don't stress too much about it. Just remember if they try and ruin the server you can just ban them and find someone else:)

So think about all this stuff before you make someone admin. And if you wanna be admin do what all of this says, it will help out a lot. I hope this helped some of you:)
