On the Comments on Tickets you can Reply and Delete but you can't edit. You should be able to edit due to sometimes you might make a spelling mistake/say something different. If you delete the comment you deleted it from the public, but not from exactly everyone, and if you delete it and make a new comment with just the fixed spelling mistake it might be considered spam.
On these tickets you can't edit these comments. Just like I just made a comment, pretend I made a spelling mistake or wanted to say something different, I couldn't.
