Can't Reply to Ticket Comments (Firefox-only)

If I want to make a comment, there's no issue. But if I click the reply button to reply to a comment, I can't type anything in the textbox. After cancelling the reply, even making a new comment isn't possible anymore for the same reason.

Running Windows 7, on Firefox.
