I'm checking if there's a new Planet Minecraft contest almost every day. And I just tought that it could be cool to just have to click a button, let's say directly on the contests page, and when a new contest is started, we recieve a notification.
Sometimes I'm not able to come to Planet Minecraft for several days. And in the past, I found a couple of times that there was a contest already running for several days and at around 75% of the last submission date. With a notification button, this would never happen again.
So that's pretty much my idea of that feature hehe!
set status to Closed, set resolution to Finished, assigned Cyprezz. Forget exactly when but I added this for everyone a month or two ago. It's a great idea. It's setup to notify members when they login if a contest or event has started in the past 7 days.
