A separate notifications buttons for tickets
Just starting out using the tickets, I've noticed that ticket notifications are being lumped into the rest of your notifications. I don't like this very much; it makes me think somebody has diamonded a submission of mine when I really only got a comment on a ticket of mine; not an overly big deal. I don't understand why this is; this doesn't happen with forum posts after all.
I'd like another notifications button to be added alongside the regular notifications button to be added to reduce the confusion.
It seems silly to me. I mean it's just a notification once in a while. Do you want a separate notifications buttons for awards, leveling up, and bans too? That's my opinion.
Some users may be very active with tickets. You believe that a more important notification has popped up but instead it's just something for tickets instead. It's already very annoying for me.
