One of my favorites, Every hour it shows the time!
I have always wanted to be able to tell the world time and there were a few packs that attempted it.
However, They were not consistent or accurate and did not seem to be friendly on performance.
I Included 2 versions, 1 is for 1.13-1.14 and other is for 1.15-1.16+
