Not sure! For some reason, a bunch of the multiversal alternates created during Jason Aaron's Avengers run haven't been given a wiki page yet... which is weird, because Marvel is shockingly good at assigning new variants a new universe number.

Anyhoo, I'd assume Rhodey? It looks like a multiversal variant of his first War Machine armor on Earth 616. Could also be a male version of Natasha Romanov?

Also, say wha'? AFAIK, Carter's a hero in the comics, in Avengers Forever, Captain America: Sentinel of Liberty, and her own 616 ongoing series.
