This skin is for laughs. It is the type of skin that only comes to you after watching hours of Shining Time Station and laying kilometers of mine cart track (it took awhile to get the track achievement...). I think it would be hilarious to see someone in this skin running down a cart track and popping out of a tunnel. It would also be funny to see someone in this skin riding in a mine cart. I suspect that I will have to make a few updates as I am not sure what Thomas's backside looks like and I don't have a good feel for what the inside of the arm should look like.
