I don't feel that someone not shading their new skins as well as their older ones and vice-versa meaning that they necessarily didn't make both. Often times it does, I will say that. I shaded this one a bit better because at the time I made this I had a lot of interest in Starcraft, had just gotten the game and had been playing it an enormous amount. Shaggy on the other hand I made after going nearly a month without any sort of attempts at shading skins and I made simply because there had been talk of nicknames and such recently and I had often been called shaggy in school. Tbh if in a few weeks time if I don't improve much upon my newest skin there's a good chance I'll remove it anyways, as I've done with a large majority of my skins so far. If you truly feel I didn't make this skin myself I truly do wish for you to flag it should you find any evidence of it.
