Backstory: While mastering her psionic abilities, it was foreseen that Lady Sybil would
     one day grow to be the most powerful telepath in Shi'ar history, earning her
     the moniker Oracle. During cadet training, she and her teammate Flashfire
     were nearly betrothed, but even in Hyperion's short time with the team, the
     Terran hero has won Oracle's heart.

Abilities: Capable of telepathy, mental projection and even telekinesis, Oracle is invaluable
    to the Imperial Guard's command structure
