This is Chihiro Ogino from the Ghibli animated movie Spirited Away (千と千尋の神隠し),
made with the palette provided for the Stream Server PBL - Season 1's first week.
This was a lot of fun and a good challenge to implement green into tones that shouldn't be, and overall good practice.
and yes, this isn't an exact Chihiro, bear with me that I worked with the vibe the palette gave me lmao
