Backstory: The finest warrior on his home planet of Strontia, the hero known as Kallark was brought
     to the Shi'ar throneworld, to lead and train a new generation of the Imperial Guard. Taking
     the name Gladiator, he was a different kind of praetor -- always demanding the best of his
     comrades, leading them with discipline tempered by understanding. While Manta has
     always been his star pupil, Gladiator has grown to respect the visiting Hyperion as a
     near-equal, honored to have a hand in his training.

Abilities: A naturally talented fighter, the Gladiator-enhancement program gifted Kallark with superior
    physical abilities, flight and a host of other powers
