Hmm... no tips for how to do it, but there are some folks who've absolutely nailed the tails on Nightcrawler and Hellboy. If you search up those skins on PMC, I suspect you'll find something that matches what you're going for!

Now Dwayne would like this. I'm wondering would a 4 Pixel Arm fit better on him considering his enormous size of arms or does a 3 Pixel Arm fit better ?

This is a great question. The skin was originally a 4 pixel arm skin. But TBH, despite the Rock's herculean arms, I just prefer the 3 pixel arms. 4 is uggo, IMHO.
