The "Turtle Tank" or "Armored Shed" is a new field modification the Russian Army has been using to some success in the Russian-Ukraine War. The "armor" is typically welded on metal plates to protect the tank from kamikaze drones. Many are often equipped with signal jammers and externally mounted cameras. I find this idea really interesting and a look at how military tactics rapidly evolve to counter threats. This version also has the KMT-7 mine roller mounted on the front. Many "Turtle Tanks" have become breakthrough vehicles by clearing a path for friendly units and assault tougher defenses. While many different tanks have had this armor added on, this one is a T-72B3 (Even though you can't see it).
