Why 1.12.2 and not the latest version of Minecraft? If it were for the modpacks, I would understand, but 1.12.2 has more limitations and is already a very old version.

Yes 1.12.2 has more limitations that is the point. This is the classic format of just adventure map + texture pack, nothing else. Version 1.12.2 is very stable and has everything I could possibly need in order to develop a good map. Newer versions just complicate things too much.

And switching between versions is super easy now so I don't really understand the problem people have with an older version.

If what you prefer to version 1.12.2 over the recent ones is for the stability, the most recent versions have data packs, which are much more optimized than the command blocks since these are not activated per-chunk. Also, the most recent versions have much more "extended" commands, with which together with the data packs you can create blasters and functional spaceships that are not bows or a simple construction that teleports you.

Also, the most recent versions have more entities similar to very beings of the saga, with which you can modify their textures and make new custom mobs.

Where do i deliver the evaporated moisture? Also, im still stuck on a bounty hunter mission i already completed. I would advise adding a way to cancel missions later.

Please make a better pair of armor for the update because beskar is super weak for most of the missions.
