Norwegian Star was built in 2000, and launched on September 30, 2001.
She was originally named Superstar Libra, but was sold to NCL during construcution.
NCL Star is 294 M long, 33 M wide, and 14 decks tall.
She currently sails in rotating cruises in Europe, the Baltic Sea, and the Panama Canal.
Star was designed as a Panamax ship, just small enough to fit into the Panama Canal.
