1:1 scale of the IJN Akitsushima


Me and Spee have been building for some quite time now and we have made a ton of builds together, the Akitsushima was our very first work that started it all. And today we think it's a good time to celebrate Spee's 100th subsribers special with a redesign of the build that started it all. Plus I'm also adding a Kawanishi H6K4 to the build now.

There's going to be a render for the H6K and H8K later in the future, I'm just too tired now -_-

I made these renders using Blender, took me quite a while to understand but I can manage myself to make a somewhat decent looking photorealistic render. The building experience was fun overall, the render thingy.. not so much, in fact I think it took me longer to do renders than the build it self...
