use biome tag so they can generate in every custom world gen pack's custom biomes'

currently they spawn only in the intended biomes, soon there will be a standalone terralith version.
But I might adopt the biome tags in the future, thanks for the feedback!

its pretty cool actually, but i have an issue the command /function qrafty:load spawns a lot of parcticles in some entities as crops or armors stands even the player and it doesn't stop
