This pack will send a single ghast tear directly into your inventory every time
The ghast has to be killed by the player (with a sword, bow, or fireball. it won't drop a tear if killed by a dispenser or other mob)
I was unable to test this in multiplayer so might not work but worth a try (please let me know how that goes)
A looting sword won't increase the drops. sorry. it would normally do so but I couldn't figure it out. (I could try harder and get it to work but I decided that instead of dropping extra it would drop one every time.)

Advancemnet reward is a fucntion that give @s gahst tear and revoke tha advancement. so u always make sure the player who killed gets the tear
