A massive collection of settlements that resemble some form of
civilization, while most cities in this are Modern/Americanized, and
some are adventure maps, but pretty much any type is okay, as long as it
meets some guidlines.


- Has a collection of multiple buildings and pathways and/or transport system

- Either has to be near terrain, an island, walled off, or look dense enough for illusion.

- Look like something someone would live in.

- Be in the Anvil (1.2+) format

- Can be ruins or something of that matter, even adventure maps can apply.

- Have a world save or a promised world save within a month. (exceptions can be made) Schematic are okay too.
